The cooperative’s legislation and statutes ALWAYS protect you as a member and require very strict controls on all parties involved in the construction process.
Bank and surety company controls for the disposal and use of funds contributed by members. Accounting audits by independent professionals. Project monitoring, commissioned by the financing bank and the project management company to oversee the execution of works. Civil liability insurance that comprehensively covers the risks of the management company and cooperative members in the event of incidents. Participation of members through annual ASSEMBLIES and the GOVERNING COUNCIL in day-to-day decisions.
In addition, your money will always be protected and in accordance with the law;
Special bank accounts or accounts opened at local notaries for your contributions, which protect and guarantee their “proper use.”

- An increase of more than 5% in the purchase price you signed in the award contract or a delay in delivery of more than 12 months.
- Substantial changes in the terms of the award contract you signed.
- Changes in your living conditions due to a job transfer of more than 50 km for more than a year.
Or your personal situation could also change unexpectedly in cases such as sudden unemployment, serious illness, or even the denial of a mortgage by the financing bank.
